How long does my order take to deliver?
Roughly orders take around a week to get to you. We use a company called Spreadshirt to print our shirts who are based in Germany. Your t-shirt(s) will be printed to order, usually within 24-48 hours and then sent out straight away. We are working on getting the t-shirts to you quicker and if we manage to find a solution we’ll let you know!
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
After you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to change or cancel your order simply reply to that email or contact Customer Service at service@spreadshirt.net. Please make sure to include your order ID number in all correspondences (this number is in your confirmation email). IMPORTANT: Please inform us immediately of any modification or cancellation; since we have very short processing time, chances may be that your order has already been sent.
My t-shirt doesn’t fit/something wrong with it, can I return it?
Products from this online-shop can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.Â
If the item has been produced with personalised specifications (i.e. if you used a personal line of text) then we cannot cancel your order, however, we are very fair. If you are not satisfied with a personalised t-shirt, simply contact our helpful Service Team. As long as a football jersey-set for the entire team does not need to be exchanged, we are very accommodating.Â
If the ordered item contains defects (e.g. because of a printing error), then we will obviously take the product back, reimburse your money or send a error-free shirt.
Can I send you suggestions for t-shirt designs?
